Nikolai DiPippa, Clinton School Director of Public Programs, sat down with Michael Ford, founding director of Xavier University's Center for the Study of the American Dream, which works to understand and preserve the American dream in the context of the changing world. During his 37-year career, Ford has been the executive assistant to the governor of Ohio, worked as chief of staff to the mayor of Cincinnati and served in senior roles for nine presidential campaigns.
