Yonan is a two-time James Beard Foundation award-winner for best newspaper food section and the author of "Serve Yourself: Nightly Adventure’s in Cooking for One," a cook book which includes more than 100 inventive, easy-to-make and globally inspired recipes celebrating solo eating.
